Conditionnel présent reuses the same irregular stems you just memorized for futur simple, but swaps in imparfait's endings instead — and the result, je voudrais / pourriez-vous, is the everyday French of polite requests.

Formation: futur-simple stem + imparfait endings
parler → je parlerais, tu parlerais, il parlerait, nous parlerions, vous parleriez, ils parleraient

Take the exact same stem you use for futur simple (the infinitive, or the irregular stem for irregular verbs) and attach imparfait's endings (-ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient) instead of futur simple's endings. So être→ser- gives je serais (I would be), avoir→aur- gives j'aurais (I would have), aller→ir- gives j'irais (I would go) — all the irregular stems from lesson 30 carry over directly, which makes this tense far less new material than it might look.
Hypotheticals: the 'would' clause of a si-sentence
Si j'avais de l'argent, je voyagerais. (If I had money, I would travel)
எனக்குப் பணம் இருந்தால், நான் பயணம் செய்வேன். (-ால் நிபந்தனை)
Conditionnel présent is the standard result-clause tense after si + imparfait, matching Tamil's -ால் conditional pattern closely: a hypothetical condition, paired with a hypothetical result. Lesson 33 covers the full si-clause system; here, just note that the 'would' half of any hypothetical sentence is conditionnel présent.
Politeness: je voudrais, pourriez-vous — softened requests
Je voudrais un café, s'il vous plaît. (I would like a coffee) / Pourriez-vous m'aider ? (Could you help me?)

French uses conditionnel présent to soften a request without changing its literal meaning: je veux un café is blunt, je voudrais un café is the polite, expected way to order. Similarly, pouvez-vous...? becomes the gentler pourriez-vous...?. Tamil usually softens through tone or an added particle rather than a distinct verb form, so treat voudrais/pourriez as fixed 'polite register' forms worth memorizing directly, on top of their hypothetical meaning.
