Je pense que c'est une bonne idée. (I think that it's a good idea)
Tamil
இது ஒரு நல்ல யோசனை என்று நான் நினைக்கிறேன்.
In the affirmative, penser que, trouver que, and croire que are followed by a normal indicative verb, just like Tamil's என்று நினைக்கிறேன் construction. At B2 you'll learn that negating these same verbs (je ne pense pas que...) switches the following verb to subjonctif — worth knowing that's coming, but for straightforward affirmative opinions, indicative is all you need.
