um + accusative for the amount of change, auf + accusative for the final value

German pairs the change-verb with two fixed preposition chunks that always come in this order: um + accusative states how much the value changed, and auf + accusative states what value it reached. Hindi's "...प्रतिशत बढ़कर...हो गई" keeps almost the same order too — think of um and auf here as fixed pairings to memorize with the verb, not prepositions derived from their general meaning. von...auf works the same way to state the full range ('von 400 auf 500', 'from 400 to 500').
Change-verbs take sein in the Perfekt, since they describe a change of state
Die Preise sind gestiegen. (Prices have risen.)

steigen, sinken, and similar motion/change-of-state verbs take sein rather than haben as their Perfekt auxiliary — the same rule already encountered when learning the Perfekt tense, worth recalling here since graph-description writing uses these verbs constantly.
