B2 speaking exams often hand you a chart and ask you to describe its trend — a fixed vocabulary of movement verbs does almost all the work, regardless of what the chart actually shows.

Movement verbs describe change without needing new grammar
Die Zahl ist gestiegen. / Der Anteil ist gesunken. (The number has risen. / The share has fallen.)
എണ്ണം ഉയർന്നു. / വിഹിതം കുറഞ്ഞു. (the number rose. / the share decreased.)
Chart description in both languages reduces to a small closed set of movement verbs (steigen/ഉയരുക, sinken/കുറയുക, sich verdoppeln/ഇരട്ടിയാവുക) applied to whatever quantity the chart shows, using the Perfekt tense you already know rather than any new construction. The skill here is entirely vocabulary recognition, not new grammar — memorize the verb set and you can describe any chart the exam puts in front of you.
