Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and basic profile details through our own authentication system so we can identify your account and sync your progress across devices.

Learning data.We store which courses you've added, which lessons you've completed, and related progress so your learning history is saved and available whenever you sign in.

Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the Service is used — for example, which pages or lessons are visited, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address. This helps us fix bugs and improve the product.

Support communications. If you contact us through our in-app chat (powered by Crisp), we receive your messages and, if you provide it, your email address, so we can respond to you.

Mobile app only. On the mobile app, we may collect a device push-notification token (so we can send you optional lesson reminders) and basic device information (such as OS version and device model) for diagnostics and analytics purposes.

• To provide, maintain, and sync your account and learning progress.
• To send optional push notifications or emails related to your learning, which you can turn off at any time.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve lessons, features, and performance.
• To respond to support requests and feedback.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

Authentication is handled by our own in-house system, not a third party. We do rely on the following third-party services to operate parts of the Service, and each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• PostHog — product analytics.
• Crisp — customer support chat.
• Expo / Apple / Google — push notification delivery on the mobile app.

Our website uses cookies and local/session storage to keep you signed in and to power analytics. Our mobile app uses on-device secure storage to keep you signed in between sessions. You can clear these at any time through your browser or device settings, though doing so may sign you out or reset local preferences.

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us below.
• You can disable push notifications from your device's notification settings.
• You can log out or delete your account from within the app or website.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
