Me llamo... / Soy de...: the two opening lines
Me llamo Ana. Soy de España. (My name is Ana. I am from Spain.)
என் பெயர் அனா. நான் ஸ்பெயினைச் சேர்ந்தவள்.
Me llamo (literally 'I call myself') is the standard way to give your name, and soy de + country uses ser for a permanent, identity-level fact — exactly the kind of fact the ser vs. estar lesson flagged ser for. Tamil states the same idea more directly with பெயர் ('name') and சேர்ந்த ('belonging to'), without needing a reflexive verb.
Nationality adjectives agree in gender, like any other adjective
Es mexicano. (He is Mexican.) / Es mexicana. (She is Mexican.)

Nationality words are ordinary adjectives, so they follow the same -o/-a gender-agreement rule as any other Spanish adjective — mexicano for a man, mexicana for a woman. Tamil nationality words don't inflect this way at all; மெக்சிகோவைச் சேர்ந்தவன் versus சேர்ந்தவள் changes only the pronoun-like suffix, not a whole separate adjective form.
