Literally ça te dit de... means something like 'does that say to you to...', which makes little sense translated word for word — it's simply the fixed casual way to float an invitation among friends. Treat it as a chunk to learn whole rather than something to build up from its individual words, the way Malayalam speakers would just say സിനിമയ്ക്ക് പോകാമോ? ('shall we go to the movie?') with no equivalent literal structure at all.
Pourriez-vous... ? — the polite, softened request

Like je voudrais, pourriez-vous is a conditionnel form used specifically to soften a request into a polite one — pouvez-vous ('can you') would be direct, pourriez-vous ('could you') is gentler and more formal, the register you'd use with a stranger or in a formal service setting. Malayalam achieves a similar softening simply by adding a polite word like ദയവായി ('please') rather than changing the whole verb's mood the way French does.
