sich beschweren über is a reflexive prepositional verb — another example of the reflexive-plus-fixed-preposition pattern that recurs across complaint and opinion vocabulary. Hindi's "शिकायत करनी है" has no reflexive pronoun, so remembering mich is the main trap here.
