Forms use noun labels, not full sentences

Unlike conversation, filling out a form never needs conjugated verbs or full sentences — you just write a short answer next to a labeled noun, exactly like Hindi government forms. The main task in the exam is recognizing these label-words quickly and knowing what kind of answer each one wants (a date, in German's day-month-year order; a place name; a yes/no checkbox, etc.).
Geburtsdatum uses the German date order
Geburtsdatum: 03.05.1998
जन्म तिथि: 03.05.1998 (यानी 3 मई 1998)
Remember from the dates lesson: German writes day.month.year, exactly like the Indian convention. On an exam form, 03.05.1998 means May 3rd, 1998 — not March 5th. This is a mistake American English speakers often make under time pressure, but this order is already familiar to you.
