German has two close ways to say 'so...that' — exactly the feel of Hindi's "इतना...कि" — a split construction wrapped around an intensified adjective, and a standalone conjunction for a plain result — both sending the verb to the end of the clause.

Whichever form you use, the result clause is a subordinate clause with its conjugated verb going right to the end (blieben). Hindi's "इतना...कि" leaves the verb in its natural sentence position, so this German order still needs active memorization — the same discipline already applied to weil- and dass-clauses.
so...dass wraps around an intensified adjective/adverb; sodass stands alone
Sie war so müde, dass sie sofort einschlief. / Sie war sehr müde, sodass sie sofort einschlief.
वह इतनी थकी हुई थी कि तुरंत सो गई। / वह बहुत थकी हुई थी, इसलिए तुरंत सो गई।
When you want to intensify a specific adjective or adverb ('so hard', 'so tired'), so sits directly before that word and dass opens the result clause afterward — both halves wrap around whatever's being intensified, exactly like Hindi's "इतना...कि". When there's nothing to intensify and you're simply stating a plain result, use the standalone conjunction sodass (or the older two-word spelling so dass), with nothing in between.
Result clauses state an actual outcome — different from purpose clauses
Er sprach laut, sodass alle ihn hören konnten. (He spoke loudly, so that everyone could hear him — this is what actually happened.)
वह ज़ोर से बोला, जिससे सब उसे सुन सके।
A sodass-clause states something that actually resulted from the main clause — a real, observed outcome. This differs from a damit purpose clause (next lesson), which states an intended goal, not a guaranteed result. If you can replace Hindi's "जिससे"/"इसलिए" with "and as a result", it's a result clause and sodass is the right choice.
