Appointment-booking calls follow an almost identical three-beat script in both languages: state the request, propose/confirm a time, accept. Because the exam tests recognizing this exact exchange in a listening clip, memorizing the German script as a fixed unit is more useful here than analyzing its grammar piece by piece.
