அது சுவாரஸ்யமா இருக்கு, ஆனா நீ...பத்தி யோசிச்சியா? (that's interesting, but have you thought about...?)
Both languages soften a challenge or a question with an opening compliment before raising the actual point — Das finde ich interessant, aber... mirrors exactly how Tamil speakers cushion pushback with சுவாரஸ்யமா இருக்கு, ஆனா... first. Lead every piece of feedback with this same acknowledge-then-question shape, rather than jumping straight to your point.
