A complaint follows the same three-move shape in both languages: describe the problem factually, explain why it matters to you, then make a clear request — never combine all three into one rushed sentence. Notice how the Telugu version leans on two grammar points from earlier lessons at once: -నుండి ('since/from') marking the time span, and చలిగా ఉంది, the same dative-experiencer-style 'is coldly' construction used for describing physical states. This structure, more than any single grammar point, is what separates an effective complaint from a vague one in both German and Telugu correspondence.
