Formal German — legal text, bureaucratic writing, academic papers — prefers chaining nominalized nouns together instead of writing plain verb clauses; recognizing which register you're in changes how you should read a sentence entirely.

Formal Telugu writing shows the identical stylistic split. విచారణ ముగింపు తర్వాత packs 'completion' as a plain noun (ముగింపు, from the verb ముగించు/ముగియు, 'to conclude', which parallels the nominalization pattern you met in B2's nominalization lesson) plus the postposition తర్వాత ('after') into one compact phrase — the same move German makes with Untersuchung (from untersuchen) plus nach. The clause version, విచారణ ముగిసిన తర్వాత, instead uses the participle ముగిసిన ('concluded') modifying తర్వాత, and reads more like ordinary spoken Telugu — just as nachdem...wurde reads more like ordinary spoken German.
