Der Autor beschreibt die Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf die Landwirtschaft. (The author describes the effects of climate change on agriculture — no personal opinion, just reported content)

A Zusammenfassung deliberately erases your own voice — every sentence reports what the source text says (der Autor beschreibt/erklärt/argumentiert) rather than what you think about it. Telugu achieves the same neutral reporting stance with రచయిత ('the author') as subject plus a plain descriptive verb like వివరిస్తారు ('describes' — the respectful ఆయన/మీరు-class verb ending, appropriate for referring to a writer formally), keeping the sentence entirely about the source's content rather than your reaction to it. Resist the instinct to add opinion words (నా అభిప్రాయం ప్రకారం, 'in my opinion') here entirely — that belongs in the separate argumentative-essay task, not the summary.
