Cleft sentences કોઈ સાદા વિધાનને બે ભાગમાં વહેંચીને બરાબર એક જ માહિતી પર સ્પોટલાઇટ નાખે છે — આ ભાર આપવાની એક રચનાત્મક રીત છે, જેને ગુજરાતી ઘણી વાર એક જ ભારસૂચક કણથી મેળવી લે છે.
