Las fórmulas de opinión corresponden bien a las españolas, con una ventaja: 'selon moi' es perfectamente correcto, y funciona igual que nuestro 'según yo' o 'a mi juicio'.

'Avoir raison' y 'avoir tort' se construyen con 'tener'

El francés usa 'avoir' en ambas expresiones, exactamente como el español usa 'tener razón'. La diferencia está en 'avoir tort', que literalmente sería 'tener error' y que nosotros expresamos con 'estar equivocado' o 'no tener razón'. Decir 'je suis raison' es un error típico de quien traduce desde otras lenguas, pero tú tienes el reflejo correcto.
