Support
MozhiLingo teaches you a new language through the language you already think in — with lessons, vocabulary, and grammar written in your own mother tongue and its own script. This page is for when something isn't working, or you have a question about your account. We're glad to help.
Contact Us
Email. Write to us at support@mozhilingo.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
Chat. Use the chat button in the bottom corner of any page on this site to message us directly.
If you're reporting a problem, it helps to tell us which course you were on (for example, German through Tamil), the lesson name, and whether you were on the website, iPhone, or Android.
Common Questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can read every lesson and browse the vocab bank without signing in. An account only exists so we can save which lessons you've completed and sync that between your phone and the website.
My progress isn't showing up on my other device.
Progress is tied to your account, so make sure you're signed in with the same email address in both places. If you are and lessons still look incomplete, sign out and back in on the device that's behind — that re-fetches your progress from our servers.
I can't sign in.
Sign-in opens a secure browser window to complete the login. If it doesn't return you to the app, check that you don't have a content blocker or strict privacy mode interrupting the redirect, then try again. If it keeps failing, email us the address you signed up with and we'll look into the account directly.
Vocabulary audio isn't playing.
Tap the word itself to play its pronunciation. If nothing happens, check that your device isn't on silent, that your volume is up, and that you have a working connection — audio clips are streamed rather than bundled with the app. If one specific word is silent while others work, tell us which one and we'll regenerate it.
Why isn't my language available for the course I want?
Each course is written for one specific pairing — a target language taught through one mother tongue — and we write them one at a time rather than machine-translating. That's why some languages have many mother tongues to choose from and others have only a few so far. If the pairing you want is missing, email us: we use those requests to decide what to write next.
How do study reminders work?
The mobile app notices the time of day you usually finish lessons and offers a single daily reminder around that hour. You can turn reminders off at any time in your device's notification settings for MozhiLingo. We don't send streak warnings or marketing pushes.
I found a mistake in a lesson.
Please tell us — translation and grammar corrections from native speakers are the most useful mail we get. Send the course, the lesson name, and the word or sentence in question, and we'll fix it. Lesson content updates reach the app without you needing to install anything.
