ફરિયાદ કરવી
ઔપચારિક ફરિયાદ કરવા માટે I'm afraid there's a problem જેવા નરમ શરૂઆતના શબ્દસમૂહો વપરાય છે — સીધું 'This is wrong' કહેવા કરતાં આ ઘણું વધારે વિવેકી છે.
